Is there evidence base which states why step aerobics is particularly bad for Lipoedema

The sound is very tiring to the ears.

I've been diagnosed with Lymphedema and deep vein thrombosis. Both are very painful and you swell up like a beach ball. Then you are wrapped very tight for 6 weeks. Not fun at all. Yes, drs. and others will call you fat & worse because of ignorance & stupidity which must stop. Also the arrogance in the medical field must stop. That itself is out of control across the board.

I would like to introduce where I am in my study of lymph. It is a pure aqueous fluid that passes through the entire body continually, being refreshed constantly. One of its main tasks is to lubricate all sphincters in the body and to do this it follows a pattern that is best described as an internal baptism. Both arterial and venous blood enter in and out of living cells by way of sphincters and so it's important we maintain the good order of its flow throughout the body. It's early days yet but healthy thought patterns and strict discipline help...and Jesus Christ is a willing helper.

My mind is blown.. literally every single associated disease. Even this week I suffered a bad reaction to Fexofenadine because of allergies. I also wonder if IIH and CRPS can be linked to this due to the adipose tissue disorder link in IIH, specific androgen signature in IIH patients and mast cells with all three. I had extreme bruising from knee to toes after my Hypermobile ankle went over on uneven ground and I then developed CRPS. I wonder if this is linked to mast cells release and also to the easily bruising of the lipoedema adipose tissue.

We need international co-operation to beat lipoedema -still as relevant as ever in 2022.

I despise this medical condition, because it is painful. It destroys your figure, deforms your body shape, and it destroys your self esteem. It limits your mobility. I spend 3 hours a day on my pneumatic pumps when life permits it. I am most disgusted by how little doctors understand it. I have had my condition mislabeled and even been fat shamed, yet standing on a scale revealed I have a body water level at 82.6% instead of the standard. That was 6 years ago, and I have had another child since then. I have had my diagnosis at Lymphedema by my current doctor, which is so incredibly different than what I have.

I have been diagnosed with this but the only help offered was compression tights 😭 not sure what I’m meant to do. This disease causes so much pain to me. Are there any clinical trials? I’m pretty desperate!

I am so happy someone is finally looking into this in the UK. I live in Ireland and have suffered with this horrible disease since my teens. I have most recently had gastric band surgery and lost 84 lbs which has helped a bit but my legs and upper arms are still disproportionate and it is still an issue for me.
